With its headquarters located in Austin, Texas, Keller Williams Realty, also popularly known as Keller Williams, is an American technology and international real estate franchise. As of 2022, it is the biggest real estate franchise in the US based on sales volume. Gary Keller and Joe Williams founded it in 1983, and as of 2022, it had grown from a single Austin office to about 1,100 offices and over 200,000 associates globally.
It is an Inc. 5000 company and has been named by multiple magazines, such as Forbes and Entrepreneur, as one of the best real estate companies. Keller Williams began expanding outside of Texas in the early 1990s, and in 1991 it began to offer its business model for franchising. 1993 saw the establishment of the company’s first office outside of its home state, Oklahoma. Later on, the Oklahoma agency was acknowledged as the state’s most prosperous individual real estate office.
Thanks largely to its compensation split for agents, Keller Williams quickly grew across the United States. Success Magazine honoured the business in 1997 by including it on their Franchise Gold 100 list.[8] As the twenty-first century began, Keller Williams became the sixth-biggest real estate company in the United States.

2004-2006
The initial logo comprises a sophisticated monogram derived from an acronym—the initial letters of the word combination Keller Williams. The monogram is created in a traditional manner, with carefully entwined, multi-structured curled parts. Beneath the old monogram is a firm name that seems current.
2006-2008
The Keller Williams visual identity sign solely employs text and has never included graphic elements. Additionally, there are two forms of the inscription: the brokerage service’s full name and its abbreviated name. Additionally, the colour scheme is steady.
